Job Description:
- Create social media content plans aligned with the company’s brand identity.
- Execute and analyze digital campaigns in line with marketing strategies.
- Craft engaging content across all social media platforms.
- Manage a high volume of daily social media posts.
- Communicate with clients to propose monthly content and strategy planning.
- Oversee and grow social media platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, Google, Xiao Hong Shu, and YouTube.
- Conduct market research and analyze social media trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
- Develop marketing, advertising, and lead generation strategies to increase followers and evaluate their effectiveness.
- Prepare monthly reports on social media marketing efforts.
- Provide recommendations for optimizing the social media marketing strategy.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in social media.
- Assist with other marketing-related tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a relevant discipline.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities in English and Chinese.
- Proficiency in multitasking and time management with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
